I am currently in my third year studying concurrently Biomedical Science and Medicine degrees at London Metropolitan University. For my final third year project I have decided to investigate whether different foods have an affect on individuals with Rheumatoid Arthritis or not.

I have designed a simple questionnaire to distribute to individuals with Rheumatoid Arthritis. No personal identification data will be asked or used.
